Lady Wu was inspired by the biography of Wu Ze Tian (武则天); the first and only woman who was officially recognised as empress regnant of China in more than 2 millennia. She was a force to be reckoned with!

From ancient delicacies to modern day Asian dishes; Head Chef Alvin Tan is backed with more than a decade of experience in the World of Culinary. He has worked with renown companies such as Les Amis and Xin Divine. Chef Alvin was once the head chef at Fullerton Boathouse; cooking for a full capacity of 300 diners in a night. He also garnered experiences from his 2 years stint in Maldives that have tremendously impacted his way of cooking and a new found purpose for his career.
